Went in for a oil change and it took 2hrs. I had a appointment for 10:00 no one came out to update me that they were running behind. After 1hr I went up to ask how much longer for my car? I was told that it was 4 people ahead of me and they were running behind. I stated just give me my car I will get it somewhere else. He said ok then c ame back and said it was on the rack! I have purchased 6 vehicles from this dealership wit Lamar Gresham being our salesman...He was awesome every time we were there and the buying process is great!!! The only negative i have is service and trying to schedule oul changes...sometimes I've gone a week trying to schedule an oul change and has even had to contact Lamar on occasions to assist...then after Im there for the oul change I sit and wait almost three hrs which to me is a lengthy amount of time for an oil change..by no means is this review directed to Lamar Greaham because he is great... as a side note I just recieved a call from the service manager with an apology for the trial of setting up appointments and a solution to rectify this going forward...Have been a loyal customer since our first purchase and they have renewed my faith and respect for this dealership...awesome group of people More

Larry was super nice and helpful. The whole service took about eight hours. I dropped my car off at 9:45 for just an oil change and I got a call to pick it up at 5:15.
