I had a 9am appointment. I drove up there in 25 degree temp. To make my appointment. Upon arrival Aiden showed me where the waiting room was. No one spoke to me for one hour I drove up there in 25 degree temp. To make my appointment. Upon arrival Aiden showed me where the waiting room was. No one spoke to me for one hour until I went back to Aiden and said 'what's going on? Kristine finally got involved and brought a guy named Brian out from the shop. In five minutes he basically told me my antenna was shot and my CarMax Extended Warranty was no good. I will never return to this dealership. More
