They wanted me to agree to pay 2 hours labor for warranty work. Because of rust on exhaust manufold bolts. I guess mechanics can't remove them without breaking them??? After arguing with Jessica I told her obviously she has shi**y mechanics if they can't do something like that. To which she yelled I wouldn't talk about her mechanics that way and hung up on me. This is why relationships in the workplace is a very bad idea. When i went to dealership after work, they just handed me my key. No discussion or anything. Just BYE. This is the second time this woman has lied to me. I was going ro trade the truck on a 2500 Cummings they had, but once wife found out what happened, she said to find one somewhere else. Long story short, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for service. Jessica doesn't have the temperament to be in management. She has cost that dealership too many loyal customers. xxxx, I was one of them. More
