Explained what was needed when I made an appointment which included state inspection, oil change, and system update to fix loss of Bluetooth/battery usage. Arrived for the appointment and was informed it would take several hours because the technician had to “determine” if an upgrade was needed. As I had only allotted two hours for the process I was unable to have the update installed and will now have to take additional time to have it fixed. More

Service representative was not friendly and even a bit rude. I waited 2 1/2 hours to have oil changed, tires rotated and an inspection with an appointment.
