The report I received at my check out said my tires were set to 35lbs and when I checked them they were 28 and 29. I am very concerned that the other items were not Don. Also I had an appointment at 10:00 a set to 35lbs and when I checked them they were 28 and 29. I am very concerned that the other items were not Don. Also I had an appointment at 10:00 and came at 9:38 and I was finely checked out at 11:48. 2 hours to do an oil change? Not very efficient service department. I am concerned with the new ownership. Norris, Justin and Wayne assisted me with my recent purchase. Norris showed me exactly what I asked for. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of my technical questions with purchase. Norris showed me exactly what I asked for. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of my technical questions without pause. He was genuine and so likable. I especially appreciated his desire to put me in the car I asked for instead of a more expensive model. He made every effort to keep me in a comfortable price range and he and Justin were successful in doing so. Justin was extremely efficient, answered all of my questions and was so nice and easy to talk to. Wayne was so thorough and showed me how to operate the features on my new venue. He was also extremely knowledgeable about all the features and seemed excited to show me and genuinely happy for me with my new purchase. The entire experience was just so quick, effortless and really pleasant. Also, my new Venue is really cute, amazing on gas and has a super high safety rating. I could not be more pleased with the dealership, the experience, or my Venue. I will be recommending my family and friends! More
