For the second visit in a row, the price quoted to me on the phone to get approval for work was NOT what the total was when I picked up my Hyundai Santa Fe. It was $200 more! This time they charged me a diagnostic fee they never mentioned and I’ve never seen before although this is my 5th car from this dealer in 7years and the only place I’ve been for service. Well, they just lost a service customer and I won’t be buying any more cars there either since they won’t honor the prices I was quoted or agreed to pay on service. More

Service person I dealt with was excellent. Cost way too much. But the thing I notice most is the lack of interaction/acknowledgment from anyone but the service person assigned.
