The service was good as always. My frustration was with the offered Scheduled pick-up. Nothing on the individual people, but as a system it is wildly unreliable and therefore is not My frustration was with the offered Scheduled pick-up. Additionally, I scheduled a time when setting up my appointment, yet the service counter called to let them know that I was ready after my scheduled time. I think waiting over an hour for new car oil change was a bit to long. I made an appointment,was early for my time still waited 1 hour 15 minutes. Then, my car didn’t get a wash. They said machine was bro bit to long. I made an appointment,was early for my time still waited 1 hour 15 minutes. Then, my car didn’t get a wash. They said machine was broken. That was funny, I noticed other cars were coming out dripping wet. I know sometimes things happen, I guess it was this time for me.🙁 More
