I have always felt completely sure that I am being given all possible information and options to make an informed decision for my limited budget. I feel strongly that I am given the same amount of time and attention, courtesy and sense of friendship from Don even though I have a slim wallet. Any questions that I have are met with a smile. Together we always manage to find a vehicle for me which really suits my needs AND I feel like a million bucks driving. He remembers my quirks and preferences and never fails to surprise me with all the rebates and alternatives he finds to shave dollars out of a monthly payment. He seems to make his schedule magically open up for me, even when I call on short notice. The vehicle deliveries are efficient yet not rushed. If there is ever any new functionality that I am not familiar with, I can count on Don to have the knowledge to bring me up to speed. I consider every interaction with Don to be a fun one. Always a good experience! We’ve been a Sourhgate Ford customer since 1991 and have gotten about a dozen cars from there. There are much closer Ford dealers but I choose to drive 45 minutes to go to Southgate Ford. More

Frustrated!!!! I brought my 2017 Ford Escape in 1 month and 3 weeks ago today for noise and unstable driving issues. They still have it today! And no one has called I brought my 2017 Ford Escape in 1 month and 3 weeks ago today for noise and unstable driving issues. They still have it today! And no one has called me since last Fri Sept 8th...keep in mind this a new vehicle purchased in Jan 2017.....They have replaced struts, stabilzer bar, ty rod, chassis!!! Yes chassis! and several other parts!!! I've spoken with service manager Joan and Bob , who said he will be calling me for now on, but has not called me since last fri....no one can tell me whats going on and they can't seem to figure out what the problem is...in the meantime im still paying for a NEW vehicle i can't drive and they're adding miles on while they have to keep test driving...and it seems at this point it will be a new car once they finish replacing all new parts on an already new vehicle!!! I'm frustrated beyond belief and i've been more than patient and understanding. All i want are some answers, compensation and frequent follow up calls without me having to call...This is not good customer service!!! So frustrated!!! Can anyone help me? More

If you plan on buying a Used Car here make sure you bring the full amount of what the cost is because if you have to leave for any reason such as bringing your trade-In up there the next day or going to your credit union to get the loan, they will sell the car right under you and not return emails or call you when you try to tell them that you can put a hold deposit on the vehicle! NOPE they dont care or even bother to reach out to you when the car might get bought..Most dealers are only all about the sale but they didnt even bother returning a call or email within 2 days of me telling them I was going to buy the car. In Full Amount!!! Instead they financed the car to someone else and didnt even try to sell me another car just let me walk out dissapointed! Never will I suggest this dealer to anyone! More
