The team at Southgate Lincoln did a super job delivering my new Lincoln Navigator. Alexis Mosley ordered the vehicle for me and then helped me get set-up in the vehicle. Dealership did check that both key fobs actually started my new car. I discovered that one fob would unlock car and open doors but would not start the car. I took the car and fobs to a dealership closer to my home and the office manager at southgate would not even talk to Crest Lincoln who was willing to fix the fob. Instead she made me drive 100 miles back and forth to Southgate to fix the problem. Then once there she never even apologized or acknowledged I was there. More
