I came in today as my third service appointment to fix an issue i was having with my Elantra. The first two times the issue was not resolve. That being said, with my appointment today I was already on a high issue i was having with my Elantra. The first two times the issue was not resolve. That being said, with my appointment today I was already on a high level of frustration. My first point of contact was Victor. He was extremely patient with me and emphasized with my heightened frustration with the issue i was having. He called out the tech Chad to take a listen to a video i had recorded of the sound. Chad then took the car for a drive and in less than 45mins the issue was resolved. Note i had been dealing with this issue for almost a year. Chad and Victor took the time to really listen to me which I felt like I hadn’t really gotten before!! These two gentlemen are the reason why i will be making this my home dealership!! Over time the miss has grown much worse and still not able to get it figured out. deeply disappointed in Southtowne and Hyundai as a company.. More

I’ve worked in professional jobs and the main thing was good customer service. I’ve NEVER experienced this type of uncaring attitude with customer service and doing all they could to not honor a warranty and at the same time blaming the customer. I will NEVER purchase another HYUNDIA/Kia nor will I recommend them to anybody to purchase anything from them whether it be a car or any service they offer they do NOT CARE!!!. It was brought to Perry Weldon attention that my husband’s signature turned up on something he didn’t sign, his response was “oh he didn’t sign it” unbelievable. When we purchased the vehicle everyone was all over you Craig and Perry in particular, we experienced a total transformation of them during this issue. WOW what a difference. More
