Unqualified Staff - Service Center I visited this location today as a normal customer for a services and had the worst experience ever in life at a dealership to get my vehicle service. I visited this location today as a normal customer for a services and had the worst experience ever in life at a dealership to get my vehicle service. I stood and waited to be assisted for over 15 min and still no assistance. I was walked by several times and looked over. I finally decided to walk up to the guy a the computer to see if I can get some assistance only to be checked in to drop off my vehicle for an oil change. He would not assist me. Stated "I'm busy" with nobody in the service area. He then walked away and went to the back of the shop to be gone for an extensive amount of time with me still standing there with no assistance. I had to leave cause I had caused a co-worker to leave work to come and assist me and I still have not been assisted. I then called to speak to the service department manager on 09/03/19 @ 11:50AM to Victor Daniel. He was very rude and disrespectful to me as a customer. Not at one time did he try to offer an apology for the experience I had today, but constantly kept making excuses. I then advised that I would like to speak to his manager. he advised me if that is what I will like to do then be it and then he hung the phone up in my face This is totally unacceptable to me as a customer. I would have to go give my business elsewhere to someone where I can be treated with dignity and respect. I am sorry that this location have unqualified staff that works there that behave in such a manner as this. HIGHLY DISSAPPOINTED!!! More

Greatest service ever Lucas Walls is the most customer 1st person I have ever met. There was a slight accident with my car. When I went to pick it up I had a question about Lucas Walls is the most customer 1st person I have ever met. There was a slight accident with my car. When I went to pick it up I had a question about my contract. The finance person was busy, one of the salesman was trying to help me. Lucas came and took over for him. When he found out about my car he went above and beyond the norm. He really is concerned about his customers. The whole team there is awesome. Lucas is the living example of treat others as you want to be treated. Southtowne is my dealership for life thanks to Lucas. More
