Great service department, but serious problems in sales We bought a Prius from Dave Edwards 6 years ago and have had no problems with it in any way - great purchase experience and great service since then. We recently tried to purchase a 2018 Toyota Camry from them through the Consumer Reports buying program. We told their representative up front that we'd like to make a cash purchase. It took about a month to get the car we wanted at a good price; but when we went to close the transaction (with a cashier's check and proof of insurance) they told us we were required to finance it through SETF. instead. That's simply not an option for us and would have been nice to know before we wasted a month dealing with them. More
