Dealership sold me a lemon, admitted it was a lemon, pretended to fix the problem for 5 months and then said the only way they would “make it right” was to “allow” me to trade the vehicle (at a huge lo pretended to fix the problem for 5 months and then said the only way they would “make it right” was to “allow” me to trade the vehicle (at a huge loss from what I had paid for it 5 months prior) for another purchase. From the moment I first connected with Amanda, I knew I was in good hands. I was trading in my Volkswagen and hoping to leave that same day with a Subaru Outback. When we arrived, my daughter had to tag along, and Amanda was so kind and patient with her, making sure she felt welcome and comfortable the whole time. We compared different Subaru Outbacks together, and Amanda took the time to explain every add‑on, feature, and little bell and whistle so I felt confident in my choice. Once I decided on the Outback, she gave me a full tour of the car, walked me through the handbook, and even made sure I downloaded the app before I drove away. The entire experience was smooth, stress‑free, and genuinely enjoyable.
