Vehicle was in for a simple oil change. Asked them to look at brakes as well as the dealership repaired my front brakes at the last visit and they were squeaking. The mechanic told the front desk someone over tightened some bolts and that was the problem when they replaced the front brakes. When the vehicle was given back to us the front told us we needed back brakes and that was noise. Even if we are to need back brakes which is fine they were not honest. Needless to say the mechanic loosed the bolts and the sweeping is gone. Go figure! Also we had a 1pm appointment and had to sit there for 2 1/2 hours! So disappointed in our last experience here. They helped me figure out what was wrong with my stop start issue and charge my battery for me. They even ran me home and picked me up instead of having to wait at the dealership for the battery to charg start issue and charge my battery for me. Friendly staff and very accommodating when scheduling an appointment. My only complaint with a recent visit, is the technician did not check my tire pressure when I paid for a wheel alignment. I had an oil change with tire rotation. They did not top off my fluids. Windshield & Coolant are very low. I will have to do it myself. Why le the work was done properly I still feel the prices for labor and parts is out of line. I also feel that on top of that the dealer is passing along the charge card percentage to the customer .
