When scheduled appointment told them I needed a loaner, when I showed up to drop vehicle off they at first didn't have 1 then found 1, but at that point told me there was a 45 per day fee, not when I told when I showed up to drop vehicle off they at first didn't have 1 then found 1, but at that point told me there was a 45 per day fee, not when I told them I needed one..... Then they damaged a part while working on the truck and tried to tell me I was responsible for paying to fix, the did eventually decide to cover it..... There was no communication with Justin on status unless I reached out to him..... Had the truck for a week, and flat out told me they didn't work on it one day...... So in the end, I paid for 5 days of a loaner that I have never had to pay in the past.... So with all that said I will not be a returning customer..,...,.. More
