Carol Ferry was my Saleswoman. From the first introduction by Carly, (the Sales Internet Mgr.), Carol was excellent. She was very polite, courteous, pleasant and very easy to work with. She also had a sense of humor, which is always good. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in buying and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns relative to my research on the vehicle. So, if you are in the market for a vehicle, I would recommend visiting Spitzer Chevrolet Lordstown. In concluding, all the personnel I interfaced with during my shopping experience was very nice and pleasant as well.
