Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I have stopped out twice and called well over 8 times in a 2 month period to get a new tire jack that is well in warranty. I have tried head of parts, head of service and going as far to contact the general manager Michael Blackstock. All I get are promises of "I will call you tomorrow" or "give me 30 mins and I promise I will call you back". Clearly not a dealership with leaders or employee's who step up to take care of customer issues. Clearly Mr. Blackstock and his "team" are there to make sales and that is the absolute end of it. More

I have been a customer at this dealership for several years. Everyone is friendly and efficient. I was able to get a timely appointment for my Equinox and it was repaired right away. Pat Ballard was very years. Everyone is friendly and efficient. I was able to get a timely appointment for my Equinox and it was repaired right away.
