I had some extensive work done recently on my 2016 F-150 which included and required Spitzer's interaction with my extended warranty company. Jeff Weidow and Taylor Belsole made it happen with the warranty company and saved me many thousands of dollars. They then obtained the repair components ahead of schedule, got me quickly scheduled for service, and arranged for the work to be done in a very reasonable amount of time. Because of the extensive work that needed done, my truck was going to be in the shop for several days and Taylor ensured that I had a loaner vehicle to use while the work was being done. So far, the truck is running fine, perhaps better than before, and I'm a happy customer. These guys will go the distance with their friendly, professional, and very competent customer service and from this experience and previous ones, I feel that their techs in the service bays really know their stuff. I highly recommend Spitzer's service department for anything from routine maintenance to major repair work. More
