Terrible experience, was told they could easily switch off engine noises for me while it was there for recall work then tried to charge me for it. Had no written estimate. State law requires estimate over off engine noises for me while it was there for recall work then tried to charge me for it. Had no written estimate. State law requires estimate over 25. They then said the labeled my new nissan as modified in system. Even know it isnt modified. Talked to 2 other nissan dealers that even say thats shady. Will be calling nissan corporate on Monday.
