I came in to get one recall fixed, but they found a second in the system and went ahead and took care of that one as well. I waited for my vehicle to be finished and it took probably an hour and a half for both jobs. At first, it felt like the mechanic was just trying to be helpful and give me information, then it seemed like he was trying to get more money out of me. When the work was completed, he mentioned that I would be getting a survey. He then said the only review that would help him would be to give him 100% across the board... It doesn't seem right to me that he should have tried to influence the survey outcome at all - let alone blatantly telling me to give him the best possible score. If there are more recalls needing to be done, I may continue here. Or. I will see if my local repair shop can handle them instead. More
