A positive, professional experience When my wife and I arrived, Rodney Brown already had the fob to the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. Mr. Brown welcomed us and took us out t When my wife and I arrived, Rodney Brown already had the fob to the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. Mr. Brown welcomed us and took us out to see the Santa Fe. He spent a good deal of time showing and demonstrating the vehicle's features. He also drove the vehicle to better demonstrate such features. Then I had an opportunity to drive the Santa Fe and experience first hand its capabilities. We then decided this was the SUV we wanted if we could reach a deal. Mr.Brown then had our trade-in valued and we were presented with the appropriate paperwork. A deal was reached and Mr. Brown assisted in some of the paperwork to speed the process along. We appreciated the professionalism and customer service efforts of Mr. Brown and other staff (Adam Price, Rushard Dodd-Masters and Craig Fruin). We have purchased 5 Hyundai's since 2009 (including this one) and plan to continue driving Hyundai's from Spokane Hyundai. More
