Horrible experience We were in the market for a new car. Micah did an absolutely fantastic job showing us our options and helped us pick out a new Hyundai Tucson. If we had only worked with Micah, I'm sure we would have ended up buying a car. However, Brian Boulay was condescending throughout. Lied to us about financing, telling us we have no credit history (I guess financing and fully paying off another car and having a mortgage doesn't count??). I was shocked at how rude he was, I felt he was trying to bully us because we're young buyers. In the end, we walked away after he told us to figure out our own financing. Tried to convince us to drive the car off the lot and come back when we had it figured out. We went to another dealer that quoted us 2k less and gave us the financing we were asking for. Turns out, our credit history/scores are fantastic. More
