An excellent experience of buying a new car! It was a pleasure to buy my 2017 Subaru Outback at Sports Subaru in Orlando. I live in Daytona Beach and sent an email to the dealer asking for a quot It was a pleasure to buy my 2017 Subaru Outback at Sports Subaru in Orlando. I live in Daytona Beach and sent an email to the dealer asking for a quote for the car I wanted to buy. I got a reply and a quote from James Menzies. He followed up with a phone call. I told him about my trade in and provided him with details of my car. He quickly followed up with a trade in value of my car and told me about total cost to get my new car over the phone. I agreed to the price. and I went there next morning and got my car. The interesting thing is that I have not seen the new car except what he described to me and he has not seen my trade in and he accepted what I told him about it. This is all based simple trust of each other. While we were there, he took care of all the formalities after test driving the car a little, explained all the things about controls and how to use them, and drove the new car home. Trevor Jeffery found the car I was looking for 132 miles away and personally picked it up for me and brought it to his dealership so that I could have it the next day. I flew into Orlando Thursday night and was driving the Subaru Legacy the next day. Having owned a Subaru Outback in the past I was conscious of what I thought was higher pricing, so I was not really looking at them as a serious contender. Well Sport Subaru changed that! Kris' eagerness to accommodate our questions and concerns was greatly appreciated. He took the time to show us numerous models and when we went on the test drive he was very knowledgeable about the product.
