The service personnel are courteous and convey a sense of caring for the cusromer. A most important aspect of service at Acura of Riverside is that they do not over promise. Between my son and I we have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership. All 3 vehicles have had all of their major servicing completed at this location and most of the minor servicing. We have never been this dealership. All 3 vehicles have had all of their major servicing completed at this location and most of the minor servicing. We have never been disappointed in the way we were treated or the service we received. This dealership has always been very helpful and professional. When we bring a vehicle in for servicing it is completed the first time. We have not needed to return the vehicle because of problems encountered due to servicing. I appreciate their fast, efficient, service department as well as the friendly environment. I have recommended this dealership to friends and family for their sales as well as their service departments. More

It is important to know that Acura of Riverside is a brand new dealership and has nothing to do with the old Acura dealership in Riverside. Although I've read bad reviews about this dealership, I still brand new dealership and has nothing to do with the old Acura dealership in Riverside. Although I've read bad reviews about this dealership, I still gave it a try because my goal was to get the best deal. I was skeptical in the beginning because we made our deal entirely via email. I was afraid that they were not going to honor the deal and made us go through a 10-hour ordeal. We initially worked with Ileen Garibay and then Misty Gonzalez came later. Both Ileen and Misty provided excellent service but Misty was the one who made it personal. She followed through with every question we asked and was very patient. Misty was also very helpful and efficient. She replied to our email very promptly. She is not pushy and treated us with respect. She is not your typical salesperson. My wife and I fell in love with her wonderful personality. Their General Manager is very friendly and even came to say hi to us. When you deal with Misty and this dealership, you feel like you can totally trust them. They were very accommodating and gave us a good value on our trade-in. And they also gave us a terrific deal on our 2011 MDX. When we went back to the dealership to install the side-step, they even gave us a ZDX as a loaner. I want to recommend Misty and this dealership with all my heart. Please don't believe the bad reviews and give yourself and this dealership a chance. The previous dealership has already gone bankrupt. More

This dealership is under new ownership. Please give them a chance. You won't regret. This is by far the most enjoyable new car purchase experience I have ever had. Ilene who handles the Internet Sales is a a chance. You won't regret. This is by far the most enjoyable new car purchase experience I have ever had. Ilene who handles the Internet Sales is a straight shooter and plays no games. What you see is what you get. Half the deal was done over the internet and telephone. She picked me up and all I had to do was test the car and sign the papers at the deal I was quoted. No bait and swith here. They are just the best. More

Our salesman Bob was very patient with us. He was not pushy and a pleasure to work with.Even though we went in to buy used he was able to sell us new so we weren't bounced around to different sales peopl pushy and a pleasure to work with.Even though we went in to buy used he was able to sell us new so we weren't bounced around to different sales people.He listened to our needs and met them.Deborah in finance was amazing she knew her products and was not pushy either.
