I wouldn’t use this dealership. I selected a truck to buy and explained my unusual circumstances with my credit (bad to have no mortgage house paid off, bad not to have mixed credit I selected a truck to buy and explained my unusual circumstances with my credit (bad to have no mortgage house paid off, bad not to have mixed credit or no car loan all paid off and late payments from 7 years ago) they would tell me things on the phone and do something different. Was told to speak to finance manager and had to leave messages and send emails that were never responded to. The female who initially took my call did not know his name when I called for him and then got upset because I was trying to talk to him as advised. I told them to only run my credit 3 times so my credit rating did not go down due to too many inquiries when their other location had run it 12 times without my permission or presence and screwed me dropping my rating. When I asked if the truck was still for sale she would not answer the question and wanted to run my credit anyway. Found out they sold the truck while I waited for a call back and after the sale ran my credit multiple times then thinking it was fine and they would try to find me another truck. All my requests were in writing but they don’t get their messages and never know what is going on and do not back up what they say. Needless to say I let them know why I was upset and requested they fix the damage done to my credit and was told the manager would call to discuss which I requested several times and they did not contact the credit bureau nor call me back. Bad dealership and liars More
