4:00 appointment for scheduled oil change and tire rotation on leased vehicle took over 90 minutes! I was told about 10 minutes before it was done that the oil plug or drop plug was not put in after a rotation on leased vehicle took over 90 minutes! I was told about 10 minutes before it was done that the oil plug or drop plug was not put in after and was noticed during the car wash so they had to put oil in again and wash it again. It makes me wonder what else was not done correctly and if I should keep the vehicle after lease is over. I don't want to be blamed or responsible for paying on repairs that were from negligent service visits. When I got my vehicle the guy who drove it over didn't know what to day when I told him it was my vehicle and was very awkward to move out of my way so I could get in. Also the plastic from maintenance worker was left of the seat for me to dispose of. No clue who I worked with so am only rating 1 person. More

The only thing that could have been better was when we were waiting a long time to complete the paperwork for our new Tundr enjoyed working with him.
