I’ll give it a three ONLY because Joshua tried all he could (so I think)…. Called because of radio ad, was assured everything would be ok, had a co-signer, was completely honest and upfront about my cred could (so I think)…. Called because of radio ad, was assured everything would be ok, had a co-signer, was completely honest and upfront about my credit situation…. Had an appointment at 11:30am Tuesday…. Was there until 7:10pm. No car. Spent the majority of the day sitting a table being spoon fed bread crumbs to keep our hopes up. We were even taken on a test drive for a brand new vehicle. I’ve never had a new vehicle in my life, I was so overwhelmed it brought me to tears…. Hours later was told numbers are coming from the bank… yeah if we had $10,000, $5,000 or whatever else the last number was we could leave with the vehicle… what about no money down??? Was told they would see….. few hours later and about SIX hits to each of our credit we were told we got approved for $26,000 and they just needed to find a used car in their inventory….. I was finally fed up. In tears we left. Was in communication the next two days with the salesman and was told Thursday to come in because we were approved but they needed to call back in a few minutes…. Zero silence Friday…. Nothing Saturday so I texted the salesman and ZERO RESPONSE. Like just be upfront and honest. If it can’t be done it can’t be done, simple. But to get people’s hopes up, people like me who depend on a vehicle to make their living and the one I’m diving is a death trap…. I would have given a 1 star but I feel like he did try his best but as far as everything else…. I don’t recommend anyone to go there on the basis of their ad because it simply won’t happen without a huge downpayment or great credit. Extremely misled, extremely disappointed and it’s extremely unprofessional to not even have the decency to just say hey we can’t do it we tried, instead of ghosting someone who got their hopes up so high with so many false promises. Don’t ever tell someone they are approved when you know they aren’t and consumers don’t ever believe an approval until you’re signing paperwork. And to have us sitting there for 7.5 hours is DIABOLICAL!!! I’m a nice person but I was too nice in this situation when I was being played with right in my face!!! So how about instead of a blanket response to the way I was completely played with and gave all of our personal information, bank info, job info, social security numbers , and you ran our credit into the ground by hitting like 8 banks… how about you make it right and get me in the vehicle I was promised. I feel like this is shady business and needs to reported to the BBB because not one person has even reached out to us and we are STILL getting denial letters from banks weeks later and emails. This is just so mind boggling. Just complete radio silence after we were told we had the approval and they were checking inventory to find a used vehicle for our budget. I can’t fathom doing business like this. I think everyone that has been misled and given them our personal information should get together and meet with an attorney, this is definitely a bad business process and they weren’t truthful and now have all could our personal sensitive information. If you’d like to do this you can contact me at my name as posted at icloud dot com. This needs to be stopped. I’m seeing too many reviews the same as mine happening to people and they continue to advertise this special. And now I’m changing to 1star because they shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this. I’m going to get some consultations and see if we have any recourse. More
Stay away from this dealership. They completely tried a bait and switch on me. I contacted the dealership twice to confirm the specific car I wanted to look at was in still in stock They completely tried a bait and switch on me. I contacted the dealership twice to confirm the specific car I wanted to look at was in still in stock, once yesterday and then this morning one hour before I planned to drive 30 miles to their dealership. I was assured both times that car was in stock and still available, and they set a time for the car to be ready to look at when I arrive. When I got there, the salesman (Emilio?) immediately took us inside to get write down information (which was odd, we wanted to look at the car first). I gave him the stock number, and he said he would bring the car around. We saw him pull a car up front, and when we went outside I saw that the car was brown, not black, and immediately told him this wasn't the car we came to see. He said "Well, it's still the same make and model". I then asked to speak to the manager. The "manager" (I don't recall his name) came out to talk, we went into an office, and I explained what happened. He looked at a computer and said "Oh, that car was sold recently", although he didn't say exactly when and he couldn't explain why I was told that morning and the day before that it was still in stock, or why the salesman didn't tell me it was sold before he knowingly pulled a different car around and tried to sell me that one like I wouldn't notice. Crappy way to run a business, and very deceitful salespeople and experience. Find someplace else to buy a car. More

On January 8th, 2025, the truck was brought into the shop for a broken lifter. The mechanic determined that a new engine was indicated due to metal throughout the engine. The vehicle is covered under warrant for a broken lifter. The mechanic determined that a new engine was indicated due to metal throughout the engine. The vehicle is covered under warranty, so the mechanic worked with the warranty company to get coverage. However, they would only cover $3,610.52 for the new engine, but the engine was on a back order for at least one year. The other option was to have the engine rebuilt. My husband decided to move forward with the rebuild. This shop disassembled the truck and removed the engine; my husband transported the engine to Powertech Performance for the rebuild. During the rebuild, DOD, AFM, and VVT options were deleted. My husband picked up the engine once the rebuild was completed. During pick up, the engine was spun over more than 10 times in front of my husband. All bolts were marked with yellow and white paint to distinguish location, as well as tampering. Once the engine arrived at this shop on April 16th, 2025, my husband witnessed the mechanic remove the intake manifold before removing the engine from transport truck during without covering the intake ports. The shop was instructed not to start the vehicle, so the computers had to be reprogrammed to match the engine programming that was done during the rebuild. Cam stated that the engine installation would take two days to complete, however it actually them 9 days. On Friday April 25th, 2025, my husband and I picked up the truck and had it towed back to Powertech Performance to for the computers to be reprogrammed. On May 16th, 2025, Powertech Performance notified us that the computers were back and installed, but during setup the truck was started and instantly the engine began knocking and was shut off immediately. Powertech began to inspect the engine and removed the spark plugs and #7 showed severe engine damage from something within. Powertech then sent a borescope down the spark plug hole and piston showing damage to the cylinder walls, and cylinder head from a foreign object. In addition, several bolts were found missing from the engine compartment, back side of plastic intake manifold cover was cut, and the bolts on the intake were scratched (yellow and white paint was marked) and in different locations. Powertech had not touched the engine upon arrival since installation since the only thing that needed to be completed was computer reprogramming. When I brought this to Cam's attention, he stated "that the truck left the grounds running just fine." However, the mechanic and Cam were instructed to NOT start the truck as the computer needed to be reprogrammed to match the engine. Also, at the time of pick-up Cam instructed my husband to bring the truck back when it was done to ensure everything was running correctly since he was not able to start it. With that being said, how is it explained that the truck ran fine when towed of the lot? If it was started, why was the relay plug pulled and placed in the center console? In addition, with the DOD, AFM, and VVT being deleted then if it were started the truck would have run only on 4 cylinders miss firing and back firing. While speaking to Cam I asked for all documentation of service and communication with the warranty company, to which Cam denied stating "If you want it, have your lawyer come get it!" I wonder how this could have happened? I do not think the mistake was made on Powertech as they just tore it apart and put it back together. Why would they want to do it again? I am sure that they have other vehicles to work on. While reading the reviews on St. Pete Mitsubishi, I see that there are at least 3 poor reviews pertaining to service/repairs not done or done incorrectly just within the past year. My husband and I would just like the truck back in running order. The warranty did not cover the complete work for the truck to be rebuilt like a warrant should have. We have spent $7,322.62 already on fixing the truck & now we have to dish out even more $$ More
BUYER BEWARE - TOTAL SCAM Company. Advertised price of $13,700, Invoice Price of $15,995 plus $1509 in dealer fees, minus a discount of $1,000 =$2,804 above sticker price. This is of c Advertised price of $13,700, Invoice Price of $15,995 plus $1509 in dealer fees, minus a discount of $1,000 =$2,804 above sticker price. This is of course before taxes. The car was already over KBB by $3K and now they are trying to add another $2,800. That is nearly 40+% profit over before their trade-in discount. Imagine, car sales company making 50% of profit on a used car. PROFITS over PEOPLE! Avoid this dealer and beware of how these parasitic companies are ripping people off. More

God bless the Jarrett family, Mr. Kelley, St. Pete Mitsubishi and the United States!!!! What an amazing country we live in! Our faith in humanity has been fully restored! 🇺🇸 30 2025, we flew into Saint Pete from Alabama to purchase a 2022 Jeep Wagoneer. First we were told it had a warranty and 11 days later the seat heaters and the control panel stopped working. I was told to take it to my nearest Jeep Dealer. I took the car to my local Jeep Dealer and they quoted us over $4000 to repair the seat heaters And $500 to investigate the electrical problem which meant tearing apart the dash. I was told by the general manager at Saint Pete Mitsubishi that because we just purchased the car from them that they were going to take care of it and not to worry. The general manager was debating on paying my local dealer to repair the jeep or driving us a car here and picking up the jeep and taking it back to their shop to have the repairs done or just provide us with an extended warranty. The wholesaler That the general manager purchased the car from even refunded the dealership some of the original purchase price to help go towards the repairs (they are now claiming they never received a refund) but, I have in it writing from the general manager that they did, in fact, receive a refund.. Two hurricanes later apparently they sold Saint Pete Mitsubishi to another company of which they will not disclose the buyers name. I was told by the new general manager because they fired the old one (and several other employees) that they are not responsible for the repairs and will not be helping. I have all of this in writing, That they were going to cover the cost of the repairs or provide us with an extended warranty. They refuse to help and say it’s not their problem. I will be going to jag and to anybody else who can help me righy this wrong. Keep in mind the vehicle started this 10 or 11 days after purchase and since time of purchase, we have only put 1500 miles on it and that includes driving it back from Florida to Alabama. BEWARE OF ST PETE MITSUBISHI!!!! They DO NOT HONOR THEIR PROMISES! I am a retired, disabled veteran and have just been h More
