The effort, the 'extra mile' that the dealership went through to MAKE SURE I was 100% happy was above and beyond any other dealership I have ever been to (that includes Lexus, BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Chevy, Toyota, and Ford). 2018 Santa Fe Sport Vehicle was cleaned and prepped nicely for pickup. Only problem was the am/fm radio wasn't working well at all. Brought back down to service. They did a fine job of troubleshooting, found out it was a production mistake when they built the vehicle. Inside door pull handle screw went through the antenna wire/connection. Problem solved and fixed. All is ggod. More
