Excellent work I didn’t have an appointment but a light came on showing tire pass low. They let me leave my car and I also asked them to cage ge the oil. Truly amazing. Last Thursday my door locks stopped working. I called the service manager and said I would be there in ten minutes. He met me and determined the pas Last Thursday my door locks stopped working. I called the service manager and said I would be there in ten minutes. He met me and determined the passenger door switch needed to be replaced. I made an appointment for the following week. On Tuesday I stopped by and told him I could be there Wednesday. When I arrived mid day Wednesday 'within minutes he too my vehicle and gave me a loaner.' In a couple of hours I received a phone call stating my car was ready. Came back to pick it and it had been washed. WOW They know how to take care of their customers. More

Unfortunately my husband was in an accident and was hit from behind and sustained quite a lot of damage to our new car. We brought it back to the dealership and they dealt with insurance company and the body shop and we had to do next to nothing. They stayed in constant communication to let us know what the status of the car was and when the repair work would be complete. The body shop returned the car to them and they were not satisfied with some of the work and they sent it back to the body shop. Upon completion they delivered the car back to us. We dealt with Dave, Dan, and Jay. I cannot say enough about this group of people or the customer service that service department has given us. We would surely by another car from the dealership because of the service department. More
