I took my car at this location about a year ago for warranty work. I have a 2019 XT4 Cadillac premium luxury. It had oil leaks under the vehicle power train issue. The service was horrible they kept my car there for over a month. I asked them for a loner car and they wouldn't accommodate me. The service advisor was extremely rude they can look his name up in the computer. I was so frustrated I called the branch manager at the time. He was no help also. If Cadillac strives for excellent customer service they could of lend me a vehicle. When I go to Fred Beans Cadillac for repairs on my vehicle there is never a issue. I would never bring my car back to that location ever again for any type of service. The customer service is horrible there. Joseph Russo. More
