worse expiriance ever so bad I will stay away from Chrysler Star is the worse mopar service in nys maybe even us. I drop my 2015 ram 1500 on thursday September 6 Darryl C Sutton took my information and Star Ch Star is the worse mopar service in nys maybe even us. I drop my 2015 ram 1500 on thursday September 6 Darryl C Sutton took my information and Star Chrysler keped my truck for 5 days with out the phoncole, email or any sort of communication. I call him twice he wouldn’t even tell me when they would inspect my truck eventually I just took it out and I give it to my mechanic took him 4 hours to fix everything and it cost me $400.00. Only rental wire my truck was at service cost me $500 so my extended warranty is worthless More

Had appointment but still waited 2hrs I had an appointment for 8sm I arrived before 7:30 and my car was not taken in till sometime around 10. Too long a wait. Service cent sould be upgrade with proper seating accommodation ie comfortable chairs WiFi service and something better than donuts( at least (coffee Service cent sould be upgrade with proper seating accommodation ie comfortable chairs WiFi service and something better than donuts( at least (coffee and bagels) as customers spend an average of 3hrs at your facility. I certainly do not look forward in coming to have my vehicle service there and will have to look for another service center. More
