Ive been with Ford over 20 years. Leased my first Ford with Starks Ford of Queens and its been a great experience.. Liz has done a wonderful job providing me with a Bronco that was a Leased my first Ford with Starks Ford of Queens and its been a great experience.. Liz has done a wonderful job providing me with a Bronco that was a custom fit. She was very professional and sensitive to my needs. Seth went above and beyond to make certain my Bronco met my criteria and it exceeded my expectations. This is now my 2nd Lease and I'm very happy to say, that I'm satisfied with my vehicle. The staff were courteous and very helpful with the prep of my Bronco so that I was situated properly and ready to go! More

The only thing I would change is chatting more about how long the waiting period will be. I was there close to 2 1/2 hours for basic changes. I think it was partially my fault too for not explaining but the long the waiting period will be. I was there close to 2 1/2 hours for basic changes. What a pleasure to deal with this dealership! I had an issue and went to a dealership in a different state. They held my car for 2 days, took a quick look and blamed my problem on something, whic I had an issue and went to a dealership in a different state. They held my car for 2 days, took a quick look and blamed my problem on something, which they claimed was beyond their responsibility. When I contacted Starks, they sent the technician out to ME and dealt with the problem in my driveway. It took them a few hours and it was all done. Starks deserves my 5 stars, for going above and beyond More

I brought in my fully loaded 2024 Ford Explorer with only 15k miles because the leather on the steering wheel is already peeling. Instead of honoring my full warranty, I was told it’s my fault and that I sho 15k miles because the leather on the steering wheel is already peeling. Instead of honoring my full warranty, I was told it’s my fault and that I should have used a steering wheel cover on a $60k vehicle. This is unacceptable and extremely disappointing. More
