Starling Buick GMC

I decided to purchase a truck from this dealership based on my previous positive experience with the service department while owning a GMC Denali 2500. Without a doubt, it was the best service I have ever e on my previous positive experience with the service department while owning a GMC Denali 2500. Without a doubt, it was the best service I have ever encountered. After work, my wife and I drove from WPB to Stuart to see a 1500 Denali. It was dark by the time we arrived at the dealership and saw the truck. We took it for a test drive and then left. Three days later, we once again drove down after work, and it was dark by the time we arrived. We decided to move forward with purchasing the 1500 Black Denali. However, my wife noticed a few scratches on the bumpers and the back side of the truck. I mentioned this to the sales representative, Javier, who cleaned up the truck for delivery and assured me that the scratches were removed. Upon inspection, I noticed that the scratches were still present on both the front and rear bumpers. When I brought this to Javier's attention, he assured me that they would take care of it. While signing the paperwork, I asked about the "I owe you" for the bumper's repairs. Javier assured me that they would touch up/repair the bumpers. A few days later, I texted him to inquire when I should bring the truck back for the repairs. He informed me that they had ordered the touch-up paint and it should arrive soon. I expressed my concern that a simple touch-up might not be sufficient to fix all the scratches and that I expected the dealership to do the right thing. Unfortunately, I received no response from Javier. A week later, I received a small bottle of touch-up paint in the mail. I am very disappointed with the sales department of this dealership. While it may have been my fault for purchasing the truck at nighttime, I did not expect this outcome based on my previous positive service experience with my earlier truck. Thank you, More

Staff is good, service time is good.
