Not great. Was told the car might not be ready the same day I dropped off, which I said was ok. No phone call- instead I got a text message with a link to a status tracker, which when I checked just before leaving work, said service was complete and car ready for pick up at 5pm. I called the dealership and everyone in service had already gone home, and the receptionist couldn’t verify the repair status. So I had my wife take me to check ourselves, and they had not even started on the car. Ultimately, I went back home to get a spare, retrieved my and am having it serviced at Ascue’s just down the street. I am very flexible and understanding, but cannot tolerate poor communication. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I get that things might be busy, welcome to the club. Have a better system. More
