Bought used vehicle from dealer July 2025. Was told car had two key fobs. When car picked up only one. Was told it was our problem. New key fob will cost us another $500. above what we agreed to pay. Paid cash for car, gas tank only 1/4 full even though I had indicated I expected to have a full tank. With all the add on items at closing paid approx. $4000. more than initial agreed price. Still no consideration on items that should have been done. Also, day we picked up the vehicle it had not been washed. More

My husband went to get our oil changed and he noticed our car was parked and appeared to be finished. He saw people who arrived after him get their vehicles back before him. Still he waited patiently just st car was parked and appeared to be finished. He saw people who arrived after him get their vehicles back before him. Still he waited patiently just staring at our parked car. After awhile he got upset and asked what was taking so long and was given attitude by the service guy telling him it wasn’t done. My husband told him his seen our car has been parked for awhile and the mechanic told him it’s been done for awhile now. My husband did get a little loud because there was a lot of back and forth. We’ve never been treated with such ugly service before and would definitely take our business elsewhere if he hadn’t already paid in advance for oil changes. Dealership had excellent service when Todd was running it. My husband actually worked for Todd and is very disappointed on how things are being handled at this dealership. 0/10 More
