Stateline Auto in Fruitland USED to have the best customer service, especially in the parts department. The service we have received over the past six months or so has been absolutely appalling!! We have purchased four different vehicles from them as well as referred several friends and family members which have purchased another six vehicles within the last five years. We are very familiar with their processes and quality of service. This company has severely taken a turn for the worse! Made an appt for service, when I got there dealer said they didn't have time that day. I drove from Cambridge, so I was not happy about the waste of my time. We have been very happy with Stateline Subaru until recently. The new person in the service department needs to spend more time listening to the customer and less time talking about himself and how muc recently.
