Our 2020 Forrester needed it's 60,000 mile service and since we bought the car there we decided to use Stateline's service facility. All of the personnel were very friendly and helpful. They were receptiv since we bought the car there we decided to use Stateline's service facility. All of the personnel were very friendly and helpful. They were receptive to us pointing out small tears on the passenger seat and the arrangement of a loaner car. The only downside was the initial scheduling of the appointment. The scheduler called us at 5:45 am (Pacific Time) because we live in Oregon. More

I love being at this beautifully decorated dealership while my Subaru receives maintenance. It is spotlessly clean and wonderfully warm on cold days because of the huge, brick fireplace, filled with (re while my Subaru receives maintenance. First of all Eddie, Jess, Oscar, and everyone in the back is five out of five stars. This review is solely on the service manager Marcos and the service advisor Valentino. I started coming to the service department with Chris Baker and have never had an issue before Marcos and Valentino showed up. They have proven on separate instances to be incompetent, unprofessional, arrogant, and have totally changed the atmosphere of the whole dealership for the worse. I have never seen so many unhappy people and cannot believe they are allowed to treat customers the way that they do. Whomever made the personnel change to these individuals from higher up needs to be fired immediately! More
