I went looking for a jeep gladiator and had never shopped here before. When I walked in I was introduced to William he met me with a courteous smile and made me comfortable right away. The service center at Mansfield I do not like I went their cause free oil change it shoukd be as long as I have the car. The employees that work on the cars need to have an attitude adjustment specially their cause free oil change it shoukd be as long as I have the car. The employees that work on the cars need to have an attitude adjustment specially towards the woman customers, and they made me feel like I was a dumb blonde two employees that work at the front with the register or the computer there and they still make the customers that they don’t know what they’re talking about is not good at the store and they’re supposed to listen to you help you with your concern and not just just blow it like oh no it’s fine. That’s the way it’s supposed to be well.
