I recently moved here and my car was towed to Crestview Paint and Body in Crestview, Florida. I knew nothing about this business but it was the most horrible experience with a business I have ever experie Paint and Body in Crestview, Florida. I knew nothing about this business but it was the most horrible experience with a business I have ever experienced in my life. It's a shame that a business that crooked and dishonest can continue to operate. After this business had my car for about 2 months, it was taken to Lee Chrysler in Crestview, Florida. Even after having my car for 2 months Crestview Paint and Body did a horrible job on my car and I was concerned about driving it but Ryan Jamieson, Danial Alter, and Kyle Haskins provided the best customer service and made sure my car was in excellent working condition and safe to drive. Those who worked on my car that I never met and don't know their names should also be recognized. I only dealt with Ryan, Danial and Kyle. All three of them are an asset to Lee Chrysler and should be recognized for excellent job they do for your business. It is because of their caring and excellent customer service that I will always go back to this place of business and will highly recommend your business to others. More
The service appointment was made at my convenience. When I arrived I was met in the service area by a friendly representative of the company. This is not the first time. But it is my last. 1. Oil This is not the first time. But it is my last. 1. Oil Change on my wifes 2009 Dodge. received the car back found that their was no windshield wiper This is not the first time. But it is my last. 1. Oil Change on my wifes 2009 Dodge. received the car back found that their was no windshield wiper fluid in the tank. Air pressure in two of the tires were 12 lbs differnt than the other two. Even Walmart can do better and 10$ Cheaper. 2. Oil Change with a couplon from the mail. Oil Change 19.99. Got the bill it was 39.00. I asked again and presented the coupon and the gentelman had an attitude and complained he had to get in the sytem to fix it. When he got done with some mumbling the bill was $36 and some change. I asked how we got from 19.99 he said the coupon dosn't cover a Hemmi. It dosn't say that on it. You all sent it to me. I only own one dodge product. Well bottom line he toke the 19.99 and added two quarts of oil at 6.95 each to the bill. So I paid the $36 plus. A manager came out when I was getting in my car. Tried to give me a free oil change. I declined. I don't want it for free. I just want to pay what I owe with out an attitude. This is not my first of second time issues over cost or a bill or just getting service for my wifes 09 Dodge. I asked what they check on a oil change and it is much less than walmart or local service stations. I don't understand how you charge more and get less service. I have gotten her car back on numerios occasion with little things wrong, low fluids, brake light out, Cap not on coolant tank, Like I said we are done. I have bought 3 vehicles through this dealer. Pluss two for my children. 7 crysler products. We have been using the Milton Florida Store and have been very happy. Our last two Crysler products were threw them. A little far for service so we will use local garages and Milton when we can work it in. Thanks for your time. More
Had to have routine service, did not have time to get car to dealership, the dealership took the time to come get my car at my work, had it serviced and bring it back to my work. They went above and beyond t to dealership, the dealership took the time to come get my car at my work, had it serviced and bring it back to my work. They went above and beyond their jobs to help me keep my Chrysler well maintained. I really appreciate that kind of service. More
