I have a 2014 Tundra which I bought from Stephen Wade. I have had all the maintenance done on it there as well. Over the course of the 7 years I have had my Tundra, I have always been satisfied with the se have had all the maintenance done on it there as well. I was just there yesterday for my 85k maintenance plus a coolant flush. Was told about 2 hours (I was waiting for it) and was sent a text 1 1/2 hours later that my truck was done. My Tundra is the 2nd vehicle I have bought from them. More
I decided to give Stephen Wade Toyota service another try since my last experience was much less than expected. I have a 2018 Highlander with 15000 miles on it, so service is always express. I arrived as scheduled and spoke to the service tech and indicated that I would be waiting in their waiting room. My goal this time was to see if their service attitude was any better. Well sadly they have proved yet again that they still provide lousy customer service. They sent a text 1 1/2 hours later that it was ready. I did not see the text, so I waited and waited. Several times the techs came through looking for customers. I waited for 4 hours for my car when I finally went to see the tech I had spoken to. "Oh yea, we have just now received your paper work. Just 5 minutes ago." was the answer I got. A direct lie which also did not set well with me. That is the very last time I set foot on Stephen Wade property. Their service dept. has had two chances to make things right and have failed. They will never get a third chance since I now know that they do not have the ability to provide the service I deserve. And to think I bought my car from them. More

I have used Stephen Wade Toyota since I moved here 5 years ago. Being skeptical of dealers, I wasn’t too keen to use them. Our experience has been unbelievably positive. They have been honest about pos years ago. Being skeptical of dealers, I wasn’t too keen to use them. Our experience has been unbelievably positive. They have been honest about possible future issues and have done a great job when completing current repairs. We work with Cale Moody, our service adviser, and he is the best. He communicates concerns and follows through with any issues that come up. The experience I have had with Stephen Wade has wiped out all the problems I have had with other dealers. They get 5 stars!! I did not have a good experience. AS it was close to closing time when dropping of f the car, we were hustled out the door. We did not receive all of the services we sought, even after several texts an closing time when dropping of f the car, we were hustled out the door. We did not receive all of the services we sought, even after several texts and a phone call. We drive over an hour to get to the dealership, ended up having the rest of the services completed in our hometown. I won't be returning to Stephen Wade unless it is for a recall. Oh, and during the alignment process, the hubcap was broken and placed back on the tire. Nice that I saw it come off while driving behind my daughter on the way home. More
