Had a 10:30 app’t. Chip checked us in. At 12:45 I asked for status via text. Chip texted in 30 seconds that car was ready. Wonder how long he would have let me wait if I hadn’t text him? I didn’t have an appointment and usually this isn’t a problem. First problem: I sat in my vehicle for over 20 minutes before anyone noticed me Second problem: Why have a 16 year old work there, movi problem.
