Excellent care from Service department Service department was extremely helpful and helped accommodate my last-minute request for service as I was driving through town. After another shop turned me away, Stephen Wade staff were very friendly and understanding and got my car right into the shop. During this visit I had a complaint about a specific part of the service (just a lone mistake by a single technician) and it was addressed on the spot, and service manager Grady personally followed up and resolved the issue. They are excellent, BUT Parts and Service is VERY EXPENSIVE, especially now that I am retired and my income is much less. I may have to seek out services in Page.anf parts on the Internet. I personally enjoy visiting with your employees and including the "Allen", your Courtesy Shuttle Service dude. Great guy! I always hope to get picked up by him, as he delivers me to a arranged doctor's appointment or back to the motel ,or shopping at Dick's Sporting Store. I must share, at my last Service visit, the Service Agent seemed a little uptight/anxious for some reason; I feel you were possibly under staffed that morning and seemed worried about getting customers attended immediately? He just needed to "Chill" and relax; we can wait a few seconds! No worries! More

Great, and fun experience! My wife and I went in to have routine maintenance on our 2006 Highlander. We decided to wait, and were looking at new vehicles when Armando approach My wife and I went in to have routine maintenance on our 2006 Highlander. We decided to wait, and were looking at new vehicles when Armando approached us,a very friendly and happy guy! We conversed for a while then he suggested we look at a 2015 RAV4 that was on sale. We did, but were not all that impressed as we love our Highlander. I might add here that we had not purchased a new vehicle since 1982! He then showed us a 2016 RAV4, fully loaded! We test drove that vehicle and were impressed. We also test drove a 2015 Mercedes SUV that they had for sale. The 2016 RAV4 was the better vehicle, and the better deal. We received a fair price for our Highlander, and purchased The 2016 RAV4. Armando stayed with us the whole way, answered all of our questions and concerns. He then turned us over to Candace who was also amazing! Between Armando, and Candace we left happy, and as they say "You've got it made at Stephen Wade". We thought so! Thank you Armando, and Candace for a pleasant, and enjoyable experience! More

Two days after the sale, Mike called to make sure everything was okay. I was having trouble with a dome light staying on. It was Saturday and the service department was closed, but there was a tech available to look at it. He told me to come on down. I came down, they replaced the defective part, and then Mike spent some extra time with me to answer some additional questions I had about the GPS. The experience was OUTSTANDING. Mike, you're the best. Thanks for your help and excellent service after the sale. Bob Perschon More
Astonishingly Incompetent!!! I continue to be astonished that these imbeciles can stay in business. They have repeatedly put the wrong oil in my truck, even when reminded repeated I continue to be astonished that these imbeciles can stay in business. They have repeatedly put the wrong oil in my truck, even when reminded repeatedly of what I want. But now they have taken it to another level, they put the wrong lubricant in the rear axle housing, creating a huge problem when I tried to drive it (and then conveniently lost the records of the mistake). But let's not stop there - they MOUNTED THE TOP OF THE SHOCK ABSORBER IN THE WRONG HOLE (one made for wires and such, NOT to carry the weight of the truck) and so it tore the mounting bracket apart, and then they wanted to charge hundreds of dollars to weld back together the damage caused by their mistakes!!! Fortunately I took it to someone with a brain who took pictures of their mistake, and now we are faced with taking them to small claims court to recoup the cost of the repairs and loss of use of the vehicle. THESE PEOPLE ARE BEYOND YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE!!! When we tried to talk to the service manager about the experience he had the wonderful customer service approach to CURSE AT MY WIFE as we were leaving. More

I have received excellent service in the past, however, this was not my best experience. More
I brought my truck in for a safety recall. A young man was at my truck door just when I got out, and he was ready to take my information. He invited me in to the service area to talk to Eric Sharp. Eric said, "I just want to put a face to your name." The waiting area was very clean. There were complimentary donuts and hot beverages available. Eric gave me a time when my truck would be available. Then he told me there were two other minor open factory recalls on my truck and asked if I'd like to take care of those as well. I said I did. He took my cell number and I went for a walk along the city's nearby walking trails along the river. Eric called me when my work was done and when I went to get my truck, I mentioned that my wife was coming to town that afternoon, and wondered if there might be time in the day yet to take care of a problem with her car. Eric arranged for her appointment on the spot, and the work was completed in a timely manner. Thank you Eric! More
