I had wait on service rep for several minutes.
He didn't introduce himself. My car didn't get wash. I didn't like the service experience, but I understand the construction. No coffee.

Service takes forever even if you have the absolute
earliest appointment. 2.5 hours for an oil change is way too long. Communication is not great either.
