I made an appointment through the dealership’s website for Wednesday at noon. I showed up for my appointment on time and the service advisor said I didn’t have an appointment. I showed her the email confi for Wednesday at noon. I showed up for my appointment on time and the service advisor said I didn’t have an appointment. I showed her the email confirming my appointment. She still disagreed with me but agreed to go ahead with the oil change I needed. I left my car on Wednesday and was never contacted by the service provider ever again. After 4 phone calls to the dealer, I could not get anyone on the line to tell me if my car was available for pickup. I finally went to the dealer ONE WEEK later to pick up my car. I was charged $350 for an oil change and my car was covered in dirt and pine needles. It was clean when I dropped it off. I am so disappointed with the service provided by this dealership that I will no longer be returning my car to this dealership for maintenance and repair. More

The person booking the appointment was full of wrong information. I was told a shuttle was available at 7AM. I was told it would be a day appointment. Neli, had to set things straight. She heard my frustration. She deescalated the situation by finding the right solution. She'll call me once conditions are correct for me to bring the car back. I'm certain she'll follow through, too. Thank you, Neli for being a professional. Greg More
They will overcharge, upsell, and misinform you about your vehicle. After a transmission replacement I was told it was not their fault my oil pan was leaking as if they themselves were not just operating your vehicle. After a transmission replacement I was told it was not their fault my oil pan was leaking as if they themselves were not just operating on it. Wanted over 250 for cabin air filter and engine air filter replacement. Wanted 15 dollars for every multi point inspection after paying 265 for a diagnostic. This is the type of dealer to chage you for nitrogen in your tires. More

I have had the worst experience having Steven Creek Chevrolet service my vehicle. On multiple occasions they have failed to repair the vehicle the first time. I recently dropped off my vehicle for re Chevrolet service my vehicle. On multiple occasions they have failed to repair the vehicle the first time. I recently dropped off my vehicle for repair in June 2024, the vehicle was returned in July only to experience the same issue two days later. After returning the vehicle to the dealer in July 2024, they were unable to source a simple rubber piece of tubing due to GM's poor parts stock and poor planning. The part will still not be available for another 10-13 weeks from today December 5th 2024. I was forced to buy an aftermarket part to repair the vehicle so I can sell it and be done with GM forever. Poor vehicle designs, no parts availability, zero technical knowledge, and horrible customer service . . . look elsewhere. More
I took my Volt 2016 in Monday morning because of lost propulsion while driving. The service advisor promised within 48 hours, but it shouldn't require the customer to keep chasing the service advisor fo propulsion while driving. The service advisor promised within 48 hours, but it shouldn't require the customer to keep chasing the service advisor for answers. After more than 48 hours, no amount of text or voice mail result in any kind of response. I had to call the main switch board to get a response from my service advisor. After being notified results at closing time Wednesday afternoon, I've decided to just accept and pay for the diagnostics. I notified my service advisor that I'll be picking up the car Thursday, which was acknowledged. When I got there Thursday afternoon, my service advisor was nowhere to be found. Another kind advisor made an attempt to help me but got the wrong paperwork. It was the same car, same year, similar diagnostic but wasn't me. Good thing I caught it. The kind advisor had to text my assigned advisor, telling him that her customer is here to pick up the car. I wanted some more and still no advisor. The supervisor there took notice and asked me if I was helped. I told him that I was waiting for my service advisor. He said the advisor should be in his booth; turns out that he did eventually return to his office but never bother to come out and check on his customer. After paying for the service, he did call someone to get my vehicle. More waiting of course and no car was retrieved. I looked around and saw my car parked among other cars. I went and got the advisor, telling him that my car is right there. He went into the shop in an attempt to find my keys. A few minutes later, he returns with no key and told me that the key should be in the car! When we walked over, sure enough, the keys were in the car. When I brought my car in, only 1 TPS were out. When they returned the car back to me, the remaining 3 were out as well. Not acceptable! I am deeply disappointed with Stevens Creek Chevrolet because they were good years before COVID. Now, the service advisor really doesn't care, poor storage of keys, and left my car in worst condition than before. On top of that, I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of my Chevy Volt. I really love my car, but the reliability of my Chevy and the quality of this dealership have seed doubt. I would never return to Stevens Creek Chevy or buy another GM vehicle again because I felt like GM don't care about their customers. More

A little after the 1.5 hr mark, I went to see the service representative who told me he had to check the status of my car... he came back telling me it would be another 30 minutes (which I understood as they had not even started working on my car yet!). I came back about 45 minutes after that and could not find him. When I came back at the 3hr mark, and found him, he still did not know if my car was done! I wish there was another dealer closer to me because I would switch in a heartbeat! More
When I called the service department of the Stevens Creek Chevrolet dealership, I got an appointment for an oil change the very next day. That's great. Even though I forget to mention in the call that I just Chevrolet dealership, I got an appointment for an oil change the very next day. That's great. Even though I forget to mention in the call that I just want to wait in the waiting room till my car is ready (~2 hours), I ask there if I just could wait even if it takes 2.5-3 hours (I brought my laptop to work there). It was okay, I got my car after back after about 2 hours (I did not even finish the work I planned to do on my laptop). Overall - Great experience. More
