I am reaching out to express my deep frustration with the level of service I have received from your dealership. Despite my multiple attempts to contact the dealership and dealership management, including reporting this issue to Jeep, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. I have even sent several text messages to the Service Manager at 408-593-2481, which have gone unanswered. I can certainly show the text history if you are interested. It is disappointing to feel that customer concerns are not valued by this dealership. I want to bring everyone's attention to the following points: I was charged a diagnostic fee of $299+ but was only "suggested" to replace my back camera, without being provided any detailed diagnostic information. When I inquired if replacing the camera ($1200+ plus labor) would definitively resolve the issue, I was met with uncertainty and no clear answer. If the dealership has any value for customers, one would certainly answer my text or return our phone call. It seems like NO ONE CARES at this dealership including the management...!!
