The meat of my story revolves around a 2013 Tahoe in white that is a "Demo" on the Stevinson lot. I emailed a salesman by the name of Tracy W. to ask about it and have not heard back, still. My wife lik More

Hi Kevin, Thank you for your honest feedback. As I’m sure you know, we can’t improve unless we have it. I apologize that your experience has not been what you deserve and hopefully I can get personally involved and help change your perception of us. I agree that staffing is what sets companies/dealerships apart and I will definitely use your feedback to assist with our ongoing development. If you are still interested in purchasing a new LTZ, I will get you an aggressive quote on the “Demo Tahoe”. Thanks again for the feedback. I look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, Scott Hushen General Manager

I would suggest going to a dealer to test drive but that's it. The rest of the buying process you should be able do over the phone and email. It seems that a popular dealer strategy is for them to get you onsite then waste your time so you cant review other cars...the last dealer you see is typically the one you buy from. In my case, I knew what I wanted and didn't not need the fast talking high pressure sales rep trying to close a $55K deal in an hour. Their manager even tried to cancel the deal once I discovered their $2K error...perhaps he thought he could sell it for more to someone else. Again, watch your back and take home and read all (big pile) the paperwork carefully before you sign anything.
