The meat of my story revolves around a 2013 Tahoe in white that is a "Demo" on the Stevinson lot. I emailed a salesman by the name of Tracy W. to ask about it and have not heard back, still. My wife liked it so she went online and started a chat via your website. Tracy happened to answer and told her that it's a very nice car and was Mr. Stevinson's car. First of all, I don't know who Mr. Stevinson is and nor do I care. This isn't a Seinfeld episode where I want to drive Jon Voight's used car. Second, he quoted her a price of $55k for a used LT model. I have quotes from 3 different dealers for a brand new 2013 LTZ model for $53k. So, she asked him why a used car that was a downgrade from an LTZ was priced $2k higher and he would not answer except to say it was a nice car. This is a GREAT example of why people loathe car dealerships. It is clear that Tracy did not have the best interest of a consumer in mind as he was trying to sell a used LT model for more than a brand new LTZ model. That just doesn't make sense and is rather insulting he would try to convince her otherwise. I sincerely hope that Tracy does not represent all of the Stevinson salesmen. I posting this review as people need to understand who they are dealing with when they contact Stevinson. More
We found the used vehicle we were interested in on line at Stevinson. I called to check if the vehicle was still there and the dealership hours and was connected to Jim. He promptly verified the vehicle was there and offered to stay past his shift if we wanted to come check it out. So we headed to the dealership later in the evening. When we arrived Jim had the vehicle out front ready for us to look at and test drive. Jim was very honest about what he didn't know about the vehicle, since it wasn't a Chevy, yet offered to find out any detail we wanted to know, and never did we feel pressured, hurried, or that stereotypical "used car salesman" everyone has encountered. As we decided this was the one for us and progressed with the purchase past the closing of the dealership. Jim got us the deal we felt was fair for the net dollars of our trade in and the new purchase as well as a good interest rate. All done efficiently and quickly due to the late hour all without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Several of the Stevinson team members had to stay past closing to complete the process. Never once did we feel rushed or any frustration from the team members about staying so late. As a matter of fact every single person we delt with Thanked Us for our business. So when you hear it so many times from your sales man to the finanace guy to the manager who completes the final paper work you know it is their way of doing business. They truly know the customer has many choices and they show you their appreciation for selecting them. Next time I am in the market for a new or used car I will look up Jim. More

Overall a great experience. Jim Page got us a great deal and was really helpful. I test drove many different vehicles from at least 4 different dealerships, and Jim was by far and away the best I dealt wit and was really helpful. This was refreshing since I had just visited a competing manufacturer's dealership and was pressured immediately. It was important to me to get an electric vehicle but since the technology is new and changing rapidly, i wanted to be thorough in my research and careful with the amount I spent. Jim was totally patient as I asked questions, collected information and went home and took the time to research the vehicle further. In the end, he went out of his way to find me the exact model I wanted (even went to another dealership to find it) and at the price range I needed. I'm very appreciative of Jim's help and would recommend him to anyone looking for a new chevy. More
Mr. Page was amazing and not only knowledgeable but kind and patient with us. We took a few days to find the car we wanted but he made the process fun and simple, explaining things to us and not wavering on and patient with us. He was relentless in ensuring we were happy with our purchase. He most definitely goes above and beyond in making sure you are happy with the car and that the car, since ours was a used purchase, is in excellent condition, telling us everything that had been done to it. Gave us alot of peace of mind. I would recommend Jim to anyone looking to buy a car...he knows the business and he knows cars. He was truly amazing at helping us to get the loan for the car with a payment that we were okay with, he let us set our max price and worked with us at that point. He did not push us at all and did I mention he was patient and kind? He absolutely is. After the loan paperwork was signed he walked us out to the car and made sure we knew where everything was and that we were good to go. Never once did I feel rushed during the process. Costco referred them and they were very slow to find the vehicle that I wanted (salesperson told me they dont make much money on Costco deal). They kept making mistake after mistake including nearly $2000.00 in their favor. Fortunately I spent many hours of my time reviewing their work and found the problem. Then they changed sales reps on me and he didn't understand the vehicle on delivery and would have to check with others to answer basic questions. They even forgot to get the financing deposit and tried to blame me for leaving. Bottom line is the old-style dealer system of sales is outdated, half of the people at this dealer are just pushing paper to each other and complicating the process and increasing costs. A customer can find the vehicle and options he wants online and a salesperson (and the commission) is not needed and in my case caused delays, cost me time and almost cost me two grand of $$$! More
