The slowest car buying process I've ever experienced. I already picked my car, already negotiated the price and it still took 4.5 hours just to complete the transaction. Very painful. Ive been coming here for more than 20 years and the service is getting worse. If I had not qent outside and saw my truck parked, I might still be at the waiting room. So I understand their internet went out which did take longer for them to check people in however after that process . My service advisor never checked in with me about the potential filters that were nee longer for them to check people in however after that process . My service advisor never checked in with me about the potential filters that were needed in my vehicle. So no filters were ever changed even though they may have needed it. After I was notified my vehicle was ready and given my keys. My vehicle was no where to be found. It was only after I wondered around the back lot for 10 min and then the street and then the front lot was I able to locate my vehicle. In hindsight I should have asked my service advisor where my vehicle was because it was not next to him as he was ready to give my keys. My suggestion after that is simply this. Either have my vehicle in the bay or at least point me in the general direction of where it might be. More
