Buying our car with lifetime Jeep warranty,we have a 1 inch thick of invoice from repaires every time we had a repair they disputed it was covered.Than when they made repairs the car would have another pr inch thick of invoice from repaires every time we had a repair they disputed it was covered.Than when they made repairs the car would have another problem when I would bring it home sometimes my car would be there for weeks.the last time was the worst I bought new tires and wanted them to last so I noticed the rear trailing arms was worn Stinnett replaced the arms and had 4 wheel alignment my car has 8000 miles on new tires yeah you guessed it back tires worn on inside super dangerous ready for blow out taken car to another shop and guess what alignment way out and adjusting sleeves not been loosened since car was built this is not the first time Chrysler should pull the dealership I would not recommend this place for me I cannot afford tires every 8000 miles it’s cheaper for me to fix the car More

Had a terrible experience with the Finance Manager at Stinnett, never experienced a dealership that didn’t want my new business. Caused damage to my oil pan!!! My car was taken to this dealership on 5/18/20 for a simple oil and filter change. They are not our regular dealership, which is over 2 hours away and My car was taken to this dealership on 5/18/20 for a simple oil and filter change. They are not our regular dealership, which is over 2 hours away and we thought it would be easier to have it done there. During the oil change, my husband is told that the oil pan is leaking. I have a paved driveway and no oil leak on it before it was taken there and no evidence of an oil leak. Have Onstar and get reports monthly and no sign of any issues. He is then told that they can fix it temporarily, but he will probably have to come back and have the oil pan replaced at a cost of 800.00. He was charged 109.03 for this "service." He gets it home and checks it and it is leaking on the pavement and the smell of oil that has obviously burned off when he drove it home. He took it to our regular dealer this morning and the oil pan plug has been stripped. Our regular dealer fixed it for us and said the cost for a new oil pan for this car is 400.00 not 800.00. Needless to say, it could have been worse if we had let them do anything else to it, but you can be sure they will NEVER get anymore of our business and we will be reporting them to the Attorney General and the BBB. I had to give them a 1 star for it to show up and post this review, but I give them a 0 star review. More
