Took my vehicle in for a severe oil leak they done nothing for the leak except changing the oil pan plug which was not the problem. They said my master cylinder needs replacing . Replacing master cylinder now brakes still going to floor to stop now they say i need a hcu that they cannot find. I don't understand why if ford built the automobile then why can't ford have parts for it i am $1600.00 dollars paying for a master cylinder and drain plug and still have the oil leak. Totally unacceptable. They said on the copy of the bill they test drove the car . The mileage was listed as being the same amount as when I first took it in. They did not. More

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Stivers Ford of Fayetteville, GA **Rating: ★☆☆☆☆** I purchased a brand-new 2025 Ford Raptor 37 Performance Package from Stivers Ford of Fayetteville, GA, for $ Fayetteville, GA **Rating: ★☆☆☆☆** I purchased a brand-new 2025 Ford Raptor 37 Performance Package from Stivers Ford of Fayetteville, GA, for $92,000. While the initial deal was acceptable and I absolutely loved the truck, unforeseen medical circumstances have forced me to reconsider this purchase. ## The Medical Issue I did not anticipate that my foot neuropathy would worsen so significantly. The height of the Raptor has made getting in and out of the vehicle—climbing up and stepping down—an excruciating experience. Due to this worsening condition, I sadly have no choice but to sell the truck. ## The Dealership's Insulting Offer After only **five weeks** of ownership, I contacted Stivers Ford (the original dealer I purchased from) to discuss my options. Their trade-in offer? **$75,000**—a staggering **$17,000 loss** in barely over a month. This offer is not only insulting but reveals how little this dealership values the very products they sell. During the sales process, I was repeatedly assured by my salesperson, Kathleen, that I would lose minimal value within the first year. She specifically emphasized how the Raptor, especially the 37 Performance Package, is rare and retains its value far better than the 35 series. ## Broken Promises and Poor Customer Service To experience an **18.5% depreciation** in just five weeks—on a vehicle I was promised would hold its value exceptionally well—demonstrates either: - Deliberate misrepresentation during the sales process, or - Predatory trade-in practices designed to exploit customers in difficult situations Adding insult to injury, Kathleen, who was so attentive during the sale, is now completely unresponsive. This lack of follow-through and customer care after the deal is closed speaks volumes about this dealership's priorities. ## My Recommendation **I strongly urge anyone in Georgia seeking to purchase a Ford vehicle to avoid Stivers Ford of Fayetteville.** Their business practices are greedy, disrespectful to customers, and damaging to the Ford brand itself. There are numerous reputable Ford dealers throughout Georgia who will treat you with honesty and respect—both during and after the sale. The combination of false promises about value retention, an exploitative trade-in offer, and complete abandonment of customer service makes Stivers Ford a dealership I cannot recommend to anyone. **Buyer beware.** More
