Find a dealership who will keep their word. I bought a car while they promised to find a truck I liked. Now they say I'm to upsides on the car they can't help me. Service dept run around I called to make an appointment for service on my F250. When I arrived I pulled in to the service bay, got out, and one of the 4 people behind a comp I called to make an appointment for service on my F250. When I arrived I pulled in to the service bay, got out, and one of the 4 people behind a computer asked "how was I doing." I took that as a "can I help you" and told him I had a service appointment. He grumbled that they were just swamped, that it had been a long day, and a couple more negative comments all the while fumbling around his computer in an effort to find my truck record and service appointment. After several minutes, interrupted by chats with other employees, he said that my appointment was "on the other side" and that I could "back out and pull around there." I asked if I would have to go thru the same record search and he said "yep, afraid so." I went to the "quick lane" and received decent service from that group. More
Outstanding Service Team We were on our way from Orange Beach back to Wisconsin on Saturday, April 29th when the check engine light went on in our Mercury Mariner. We stopped at Stivers, and even though their Service Department was closed, Mark McGough, the QuickLane Manager, was able to find someone (I believe it was the service department foreman) to diagnose the issue, clear the problem and send us on our way. We are forever grateful for the OUTSTANDING SERVICE Mark and the Stivers team provided that day and would highly recommend them to anyone. More

OK Sales Experience, but they don't stand by their word I bought several cars from them back in 2015 and again in 2016. The sales experience was very long (2.5-3 hrs), but ok, nothing to complain about. Aft I bought several cars from them back in 2015 and again in 2016. The sales experience was very long (2.5-3 hrs), but ok, nothing to complain about. After the process was finished they said if I reffered any of my friends and they ended up buying a car, Stivers Ford would give us $100 each. Well that did not happen. I'm in the Military and we have a lot of folks arriving and always looking for a car. Although I reffered a couple friends and one of them bought a car, Stivers refused to honor their deal. From now on, I will not reffer any of my fellow servicemen there, as this dealership does not stand by their word. The sales guys just shrug their shoulders. More

For hours throughout that day which was a Friday he called me to varify information an for me to email and fax him everything that he needed. Upon my arrival after work NOTHING was together, I waited almost 2 hours to see the car in question. It was close to 9pm before I left an still no paperwork was done. I had agreed to get the car I looked at an they allowed me to test drive it home an bring it back the very next day at my appointed time. Once I arrived it took almost an hour for him to see me. The finance manager must have thought that by me being a woman I was completely ignorant and tried to give me extremely high interest rates! I did my homework prior to contacting them about the car in question an had visited other dealerships. It was literally a flat out war between us an when my fiancé would jump in with his opinion the finance manager would rudely interrupt him an say that his name wouldn't be on the car so it needed to be only me speaking with him. HOW RUDE! So I got the car anyway, 2011 Dodge nitro. It has now been a year since I purchased it an we have replaced the alternator, a starter, a hose, timing belt, radiator an now have to get a flywheel!!! I have never had to do so much to a car in one year!!! The service here sucks, you can't even get anyone on the line in the service department. Now I'm looking for a great mechanic to fix my car because I refuse to continue to try getting in touch with Strivers to fix it. I love my car but for a car with less than 75k miles it should not have this much trouble!!!! More
